What is the process in purchasing land?
There is a non-refundable reservation fee at the point of purchase, this reserves your lot and takes it off the market. 30 days after receiving the contract the deposit is due to exchange on the land. No further payments are due until the land is registered and you can settle and begin building your new home.
What do I need to bring when coming to the office to purchase?
Cash or card to pay for reservation, ID in the form of a licence or passport.

No, this will be in the contract.
Can I leave the land vacant for a few years before building on it?
No, we have a buy back policy, if you have not started building on the land after two years, we can legally buy it back off you for the same price it was sold for.
