Construction Begins on New Atura Hotel in Oran Park, Opening in 2026
The construction of the highly anticipated Atura Hotel in Oran Park has officially kicked off, following a groundbreaking ceremony held Thursday the 14th November. The event was attended by key stakeholders from EVT, Greenfields Development Company, and Infinity Constructions.
Set to open in 2026, the new 184-room hotel is designed to meet the increasing demand for premium accommodation, meeting spaces, and leisure facilities in Oran Park, a community experiencing rapid growth due to the upcoming Western Sydney Airport and expanding local population.
The Atura Hotel is a world class project which will make a landmark in Oran Park, providing high-end amenities and creating a dynamic hub for both business and leisure. The development includes the following key features:
- 6-story hotel featuring 184 guest rooms, a basement car park, and a mezzanine level for back-of-house services
- 9 ground-floor retail tenancies
- Restaurant and café
- Dedicated function rooms and meeting spaces
- Large outdoor pool area with a bar and event venues
Mark Perich, Project Director at Greenfields, remarked, “The Oran Park Atura Hotel not only compliments the vision of Oran Park but opens up a new and exciting tourism and commercial offering for the whole of South-West Sydney and in particular the new Western Sydney Airport.
