The section of Dick Johnson Drive between Jack Brabham Reserve and South Circuit to the east of Camden Council’s administration building is now open.
Traffic signals at the following intersections are also now operational.
This new section of road will provide a major connection from Steward Drive to Madden Street and with the new school year soon to commence, will help circulate traffic around Oran Park Primary School and the new High School.
Residents are asked to take care in this area as they get used to the new arrangements.
We are still waiting on full approvals for the connection of Dick Johnson Drive and The Northern Road. We expect to commence construction by the middle of this year.
