Metro Apartments – Construction has now commenced.

The team who delivered TRN House ​are proudly working together again to build the Metro Apartments. Located next door to TRN House and Julia Reserve within the Town Centre. These apartments will be located next door to the future Metro Train Station.

The Metro Apartments are coming to Oran Park Town in early 2022.

Richard Crookes Constructions project manager Michael Ryan said the build would take place over an 18-month period as “This is a premium development with sophisticated finishes and fit-out, so we have a slightly longer than normal construction phase to ensure a quality outcome,”.

Oran Park Sales Manager Jeff Webb said “we have chosen a high quality standard of finishes and inclusions with European appliances to the Metro, while giving buyers a range of options to choose from to ensure their apartment suits their personality”.

Greenfields Director Mark Perich stated “the team has worked extremely hard to launch the Metro Apartments in time for people to qualify for the $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant. Additionally First Home Buyers have the opportunity to save up to $60,000 in Government Incentives when purchasing a Metro Apartment before the end of 2020.
