Today we had the Official Start of Construction Ceremony for the new Oran Park office building – 3 Fordham Way.
Greenfields Development Company (GDC) has announced the start of another office building in the heart of Oran Park Town – “3 Fordham Way”, located next to TRN House and across the road from the Podium Shopping Centre.
The ceremony marked the beginning of construction of the $45 million project, with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Peter Sidgreaves, M.P. The building shares a common design and footprint of its neighbour TRN House. There are 6 storeys and parking for over 250+ cars. Mark Perich, Project Director of GDC said “Early sales show the confidence and commercial advantage of being in the precinct”.
Mr Perich went on to say “This building reinforces the commitment to the economic growth of South West Sydney and the value of Oran Park Town being a major provider of employment and economic development” by Greenfields and both State and Federal governments.
The building is expected to be completed in early 2023.
New office suites are now available for sale or lease in 3 Fordham Way.
