Oran Park is proudly recognised with the 2026 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in Masterplanned Communities, celebrating a vision that continues to create a vibrant, connected town for generations to come.
Presented by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW, this prestigious award recognises excellence in creating communities that enrich the lives of residents through thoughtful planning, quality design and long-term vision.
Developed by Greenfields Development Company, Oran Park has evolved into one of Australia’s leading masterplanned communities. From diverse housing and education to retail, employment and recreation, to extensive green corridor spaces, the town has been carefully planned to provide a connected and sustainable lifestyle.
The evening also celebrated the success of Oran Park Hotel, which received the 2026 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in Retail Development. Delivered through the collaboration of Archebiosis Architects, Momento Hospitality and Greenfields Development Company. Oran Park Hotel has become a vibrant destination that brings the community together through hospitality, dining and entertainment, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Oran Park Town Centre.
