One of the largest pubs in Australia begins construction in Oran Park
On Tuesday 9th November, we celebrated the official Groundbreaking Ceremony for Momento Hospitality, who will now begin constructing the Oran Park Hotel!
The $40 million, 3 level hotel will become a very popular venue amongst the local community with a range of entertainment and dining facilities to suit various occasions.
The hotel will be built around a unique interior featuring a beer garden, high-end steakhouse, bistro, woodfire pizzeria, cafe, sports bar and a rooftop cocktail bar.
People call it the ‘super pub’ as it also includes two gold class cinemas, each with a 40-person capacity, and a number of function and training rooms.
Marcello Colosimo, CEO of Momento Hospitality Group says “Greenfields and The Perich family have been fantastic to work with and Camden Council have been very efficient and progressive. We are all working together with the goal of bringing a fantastic food and beverage experience to one of the fastest growing suburbs in NSW”. “It will provide a chance to create memories in all facets of life, whether it be birthday’s through to sporting events, or even just having a casual meal and drink” The construction is expected to take 18 months to complete, and will be one of the largest pubs in Australia.
Momento Hospitality plan to open in stages, hoping to open doors for the first stage one year after construction begins, with the entire pub to be complete six months later. The ground floor will open first, followed by the cinemas and rooftop cocktail lounge.
