Next Steps

As this is a State Significant Development (SSD) with the application to be determined by the Department of Planning and Environment (DPIE), the first step in the process is to request a Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) to help prepare documents for the SSD Application.

The SEARs application has now been lodged and once a SEARs has been issued by DPIE, documentation can then be prepared for the SSD application.

All SSD applications are publicly exhibited with provision for community input.

For more information about the application process, please contact the Oran Park Sales Office on 9043 7500.
