At Oran Park, we keep you up to date with your lot’s registration.
Once these works have been completed and gone through council approval, the land is then registered at the NSW Land Registry Services.
After registration, settlement on the land is approved – this process generally takes around 21 days. Once finalised, you’re welcome to choose your preferred builder and prepare house plans to submit for Oran Park assessment.
